    MRS.ADENIKE K. SHITTU - (Acting Chairperson)

    Mrs. Shittu is a banker and renowned businesswoman of many years standing. She held Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretariat and Management Studies, Post Graduate Diploma and Master of Divinity. She started her working experience in International Bank for West Africa (IBWA) now Mainstreet Bank Limited in 1982. Her sense of vision, leadership qualities and entrepreneurial spirit saw the birth of Monike Nigeria Limited in 1987. A company she is the pioneer Managing Director/CEO till 2002. In search for excellence and exploring new areas of Business growth, she floated Mojoy Investment Company Limited, a software and Hardware company of repute. She is the pioneer MD/CEO since 2002 to date. .Aside the above; she is a Director in Kristo solid Properties and Construction Limited, Axia Educational Services Ltd and Easy Network Digital Nervous Systems.

    MRS. OLUFOLAKE VALENTINE- WHENSU - (Director)

    Mrs. Valentine -Whensu bagged her Bachelor of Art {B.A (ED)} second class upper, M.ED (Guidance and Counseling) from the University of Lagos and Associate member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). She is an astute Banker and an erudite Educationist. She has adequate exposure in Banking Operations, Treasury Management and Marketing both at both Retail and Wholesale levels having worked in about four different Money Deposits Banks. She is presently into private practice as an Educationist, Guidance and Counselor. She is on the Board of many companies.She is currently a Director and Chairman, Board Establishment and Disciplinary Committee of Global Initiative Microfinance Bank Ltd.

    Ms. ESTHER IHUOMA DIKE - (DIRECTOR)

    Ms Dike is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCIT) with over 35 years of working experience cutting across banking, public sector and Taxation practice. Her first degree is Town and Regional Planning from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba (now University of Technology, Yaba) and MBA from Edo State University, Ekpoma. Her working experience started with Ministry of Trade and Industry, Benin and then to the defunct New Nigerian Bank Limited (now Unity Bank) where she was exposed to the relationship arrangement of Retail and Wholesale banking . Town Planner Dike is currently the Director and Chairman, Board Audit Committee of Global Initiative Microfinance Bank, Director /Partner Ijewere & co. (Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants) and Director in so many other companies.

    Ms Ezeaanyika Christana Nkechi is a graduate of Imo State University Owerri with Bsc Public Administration. Before joining Global Initiative MFB in April 2012, she has worked with Hygeia H.M.O for a short period of 3 months. Nkechi started her banking career at Global Initiative MFB as a Customer Service Officer and currently she is the Head of Operation. She is MCIB certified.

    Mr. Bankole Agbabo is a graduate of Yaba College Technology(Yabatech) Accounting. Before joining Global Initiative Microfinance Bank in may 2023, Bankole had previously worked with Spec Digital Company Ltd as an account officer from July 2012 to November 2015. He joined MTN Nigeria Ltd as an Online Customer Care Agent from September 2016 to January 2018, from where he move to Taki International Company Ltd (A trading company)as a group Accountant from July 2018 to march 2023 He joined Global Initiative MFB as a Head, Finance & Admin. He is a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds Certificate of Excellence In Human resource and leadership.

    Mr. Olawomo James Lawal is a graduate of University of Lagos (UNILAG) Business Administration. Before joining Global Initiative Microfinance Bank in January 2023, James had previously worked with Vigab Bureau De Change Ltd as Administrator 2011-2015. He joined BVL Logistics Ltd as an Accountant 2016-2017 from where he returned to work with Hollandpark Bureau De Change Ltd 2017- 2019 as a Compliance officer. He joined Global Initiative MFB as a Head of Internal Audit, Control and Loan Monitoring Unit.
